Here at Falco Muskus, we pride ourselves on enhancing your electric life with our quality apparel and accessories. As such, we print your order on demand, and all products are processed through a 3-step quality check before shipping. However, if a damaged or mislabeled product is accidentally let through our quality control or was damaged during shipping, we will provide a free replacement; unfortunately, at this time we cannot offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or ill-fitting apparel. How should I wash my Falco Muskus gear?
Falco Muskus uses direct-to-garment (DTG) printing on most apparel and accessories (exceptions include hats, mugs, and water bottles). If taken care of properly, our high-quality inks will not fade for a long time. Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors; no fabric softeners or dry-cleanings should be used and items should be hung to dry.
Embroidered hats should be wiped clean with a damp cloth in the spots where it's needed or hand-washed in cold water. Don't use brushes, and hats should not be machine-washed, bleached, tumble-dried, ironed, or dry-cleaned. The mugs microwave and dishwasher safe, and should be hand-washed to increase longevity. The phone cases can be cleaned with water mild soap and water (don’t forget to take out your phone first). Alcohol-based cleaning products should not be used. Let your case air-dry at room temperature.
Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?
No worries, we printed your garment specially for you. You might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. That's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment. The solution is simply to wash the garment. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both should go away after one wash. If the discoloration is noticeable, the quality control team will include a card explaining that it's from the fixation agent.
